On April 23rd we invited down a platoon of the Grizzly's from Camp San Luis Obispo. These young cadets 16-18 years old are going through a boot camp type program to help them get there lives back on track. This platoon came down to help us with our Elk West Coast National Tractor Pulls. They cadets were excellant & everyone that they worked for had nothing but high praise for the group. As a result, we sugested that they be rewarded with an Elk BBQ. After several changes we finally got them to come down to our lodge. The Touring Elks helped with the setup, serving & then we escorted the bus back to SLO on our bikes. The young cadets really had a great time! Jim Banakus
